Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold-pressed for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika recommended
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic.
  • Add in the herbs and spices, stirring until fully combined.
  • Taste the marinade and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Pour marinade over steak and massage it in for even coating.
  • Seal steak in a ziplock bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Before cooking, remove steak from marinade and pat dry.

Notes

For best results, use fresh herbs and high-quality olive oil. Avoid marinating for more than 24 hours.
